Have parties for your leaders and volunteers. Try to create memories that they will cherish. Take them out and pay for all of them to show your appreciation. Celebrate the new leaders. Use the time to preach loyalty and implore them all to stick around. Do whatever it takes for them to feel appreciated.
But be sure to fear the LORD and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
1 Samuel 12:24

Ezra 6:16
Celebrate the Festival of Harvest with the first fruits of the crops you sow in your field. Celebrate the Festival of Ingathering at the end of the year, when you gather in your crops from the field.
Exodus 23:16
It’s important in the service of God to consider the great things God is doing and to celebrate what is going in the House of God with joy. The book of Exodus says that when you see fruits from the things you sow, celebrate them. Anything that is celebrated is repeated. If you want something to continue to be done by your team, celebrate it. It motivates and challenges your team to go higher
